How can Petrogas reassure our customers that Petrogas is producing welded products of the required quality? Only by ensuring the welding work is carried out to the highest quality standards. After all, subsequent quality checks on the welded product cannot provide sufficient proof of whether the quality of the welding operations is up to standard. The specific quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials are laid down in the ISO 3834 standard, in order to confirm the competence of a welding shop according to a chosen level of quality.
